The room-by-room checklist
Not every line applies to every job. Your quote covers exactly what your property needs, and I am happy to add or focus on anything in particular.
01 Kitchen
- Benches, splashback and cupboard fronts
- Inside, outside and on top of the oven
- Range hood, filter and stovetop
- Sink, taps and drains
- Inside cupboards and drawers
- Floors mopped into the edges
02 Bathrooms & toilets
- Shower glass and grout descaled
- Tiles, bath and basin scrubbed
- Toilet cleaned inside and out
- Mirrors, chrome and taps polished
- Exhaust fans and vents dusted
- Floors washed and corners detailed
03 Bedrooms & living
- Wardrobes and built-ins inside and out
- Walls spot-cleaned, marks removed
- Skirting, doorframes and switches
- Sills, ledges and shelving dusted
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, or carpets vacuumed
- Mirrors and glass wiped
04 Laundry

- Behind and around the machines

- Floors washed
- Fittings and taps polished
05 Throughout the property
- Window tracks, frames and inside glass
- Cobwebs from every corner and ceiling

- Air vents, fans and ledges dusted
- Doors, doorframes and architraves
- Bins emptied, every room left fresh
