Pre-sale questions

When should I book before the first open home?

Ideally a day or two before the photos and the first inspection, so the home is at its freshest when buyers and the camera see it.

Do you clean windows and walls?

Yes. Inside glass, tracks and sills, plus spot-cleaning wall marks, are an important part of helping a property present well.

Can you work around the photographer or stylist?

Absolutely. Because I plan around access, I can fit the clean in before styling and photography so everything lines up.

Is this for vacant homes only?

It works best for vacant or freshly styled properties being prepared for sale. If your home is still occupied, get in touch and I will let you know what I can do.
