Short-stay questions

How do you handle linen and restocking?

I can work with your linen and consumables, and set everything out to match your listing. If you would like me to manage restocking, we can sort out a simple arrangement.

Can you do same-day turnovers between check-out and check-in?

Often yes, depending on the window between guests. Share your usual check-out and check-in times and I will let you know what is realistic.

What if check-out times change?

Hosting is rarely on a perfect schedule. I keep my day flexible around your turnovers so a late check-out does not throw off the next arrival.

Do you let me know about damage or missing items?

Yes. If I notice anything broken, stained or missing during a turnover, I will let you know straight away with photos so you can act on it.
