End of lease & bond cleaning
A meticulous vacate clean built around the exit condition report, so you walk into the final inspection expecting your full bond back. Done personally by Mariam, never a rushed crew.

The clean that gets your bond signed off
Property managers know exactly what they are looking for at the final inspection, and so do I. After more than twenty years I clean to the same checklist they hold, from the oven and range hood to the window tracks, skirting and shower grout.
Because I take on the whole job myself, nothing slips through the gaps between a booker and a crew. You get one accountable person who does not leave until the place would pass my own eye.

A full vacate clean covers every room, top to bottom. Here is a sample of what gets ticked off, adapted to your property and your agreement.
01 Kitchen, living & throughout
- Inside, outside and on top of the oven, racks and trays
- Range hood, filter and splashback
- Benches, sink, taps and cupboard fronts
- Inside all cupboards and drawers
- Walls spot-cleaned, marks and scuffs removed
- Skirting, doorframes, switches and power points
- Floors vacuumed and mopped into the edges
02 Bathrooms, laundry & detail
- Shower glass and grout descaled, tiles scrubbed
- Toilet, vanity, sink, taps and mirrors
- Exhaust fans and vents dusted
- Laundry tub, bench and behind the door
- Window tracks, frames and inside glass
- Cobwebs cleared, blinds and sills wiped
- Bins emptied, every room left fresh
Full bond back with nothing flagged on the exit report. Mariam treated the place like it was her own, right down to the oven and the window tracks. I can't recommend her enough.
End of lease questions
Will this get my full bond back?
I clean to the same standard property managers inspect against, and I do not consider a job done until it would pass. While the final decision always sits with your agent or landlord, a thorough clean removes the cleaning-related reasons a bond is usually held back.
Do you clean ovens, windows and walls?
Yes. The oven, range hood, inside windows and tracks, and spot-cleaning wall marks are all part of a standard end of lease clean.
What about carpet steam cleaning?
Many leases require professional carpet steam cleaning as a separate item. Let me know what your agreement asks for and I will tell you what is needed and help you plan it in.
When should I book?
As soon as you have a move-out date. Bond cleans are best done once the property is empty, and because I plan my week around access I can usually fit in time-sensitive jobs.
Ready to hand it over spotless?
Tell me about your place and the date you're working towards. I'll come back with a fair, tailored quote and the same standard I'd want for my own family.
