Does Mariam do every job herself?
Yes. Inspection Ready Cleaning is a one-woman business by design. The person who quotes your clean is the same person who carries it out, every time. There are no teams and no subcontractors.
How does pricing work?
Every property is different, so I give a custom quote based on the job rather than charging by the hour. You will know the price before I start, with no surprises and no hidden fees.
Why do you focus on empty and between-occupant properties?
Concentrating on vacant and between-occupant spaces, such as end of lease, pre-sale, Airbnb turnovers and after-hours offices, lets me stay flexible with access and give each job my full, undivided attention.
Which areas do you cover?
I am based in Bonnyrigg and travel up to 30 kilometres for the right job, which takes in most of south-west Sydney, including Liverpool, Fairfield, Cabramatta, Wetherill Park, Green Valley and the surrounding suburbs. Not sure if you are in range? Just ask.
Are you insured and police checked?
Yes to both. I am fully insured with public liability cover and hold a current police check, so you can feel completely comfortable giving me access to your property.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
I bring everything needed to do the job properly. If you would prefer I use your own products, I am happy to.
How and when can I book?
Send me the details through the quote form or by email and I will reply, usually the same day. Because I plan around access, I can often fit in time-sensitive jobs like bond and pre-sale cleans.
Will an end of lease clean get my bond back?
I clean to the same standard property managers inspect against and do not stop until it would pass. The final decision sits with your agent, but a thorough clean removes the cleaning-related reasons a bond is usually held back.
Do you do regular home cleaning?
My focus is empty and between-occupant properties and small offices, rather than ongoing house cleaning. It is what lets me stay flexible and keep my standard high on the cleans that really count.
Do you clean windows and carpets?
Inside windows, tracks and sills are part of a standard clean. Professional carpet steam cleaning is a separate service that some leases require, and I am glad to tell you what your situation needs.
